Q&A – Pasta Classes with Felice

Who is Felice?
Felice is a women-owned business created by three friends who live in Florence and share a passion for cooking, travel, and the city itself. We wanted to bring together our love for food and hospitality to create experiences that are fun, authentic, and unforgettable.

What makes your pasta classes special?
At Felice, we believe in keeping tradition alive while adding our own twist. You’ll make pasta with rich, authentic sauces that are deeply rooted in Tuscan tradition, but the atmosphere is always light-hearted and fun. For us, it’s not just about cooking it’s about sharing laughter, wine, and memories around the table.

How does a pasta class work?
It’s simple: book your spot online, come at the scheduled time, and we’ll take care of the rest. First, we’ll prepare a pistachio tiramisu, then we’ll dive into two types of pasta. At the end, we all sit down together to enjoy the food, sip wine, and celebrate the Italian way of life.

Do I need cooking experience?
Not at all. Our classes are for everyone, from complete beginners to enthusiastic home cooks. The goal is to learn, have fun, and pick up some new skills along the way.

What kind of pasta will we make?
You’ll make tagliatelle and ravioli, two classics of Italian cuisine that you’ll be able to recreate at home.

Is the class suitable for kids or families?
Yes, families are very welcome. Children can join, but little ones may not be able to cook on their own and should remain under the supervision of their parents.

How long does the class last?
The full experience lasts about 3 hours. Around 90 minutes are dedicated to cooking, and the rest is for enjoying the meal together with wine.

What is included in the experience?
Everything! The class, the recipes, the ingredients, and of course, unlimited wine to make it a true Italian celebration.

Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free requests. Unfortunately, vegan options are not available, as our pasta is made with eggs.

Where do the classes take place?
Our classes are held in the heart of Florence at 112r Via Nazionale, inside the restaurant Da Gerardo.

How can I book a class?
You can book directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred time slot and secure your spot.

Can I take the recipes home?
Absolutely. At the end of the class, we’ll send you the recipes so you can recreate everything in your own kitchen.
